Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as final sale
- Products without original tags/packaging
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.
